Our commitment
VWorld 2.0 is intended for adults aged 18 or older (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly accept players under this age, and we will close any account where age cannot be verified.
We treat gambling as a form of entertainment that comes with a cost. Casino games are mathematically designed to favour the house over the long run. No strategy or system overcomes this. Anyone who tells you otherwise is misleading you.
Player protection tools
Deposit limits
Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, attempts to exceed the limit are blocked automatically. Limit decreases take effect immediately; limit increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
Session time limits
Set the maximum length of any single play session. When the limit is reached, you'll be logged out automatically and prompted to take a break before logging back in.
Self-exclusion
If you need to take a longer break, self-exclusion locks your account for a period you choose: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or play. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period — even by customer support — by design.
Reality checks
Optional in-app prompts that appear at intervals you set (every 30 minutes, hour, etc.) showing your current session time, deposits and net result for the session. Useful for staying aware of how long you've been playing and what it has cost.
Warning signs to watch for
Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being entertainment. Watch for:
- Spending more money or time gambling than you intended
- Chasing losses by increasing your bet size or session length
- Lying to family or friends about how much you gamble
- Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling
- Feeling restless, irritable or anxious when not gambling
- Using gambling to escape stress, depression or other problems
- Neglecting work, family or other responsibilities
If any of these apply to you, please consider taking a break and reaching out to a support resource below.

Self-assessment
If you're not sure whether your gambling has become a problem, the GamCare website hosts an anonymous self-assessment tool. Taking the assessment is free and confidential. The result is not a diagnosis but can help you decide whether to seek further support.
Underage gambling protection
VWorld 2.0 strictly prohibits play by anyone under 18. We verify age during account registration. If you suspect a minor is using a VWorld account, please contact our support team — we will investigate and close the account.
If you have minors in your household, consider using parental control software such as Net Nanny or Cyber Patrol, which can block gambling websites entirely.
Closing your account
You can close your VWorld 2.0 account at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting customer support. Account closure is permanent — please consider self-exclusion first if you intend to return.
